Description
The epitome of a classic long-range Trawler known for their superb engineering and top notch build quality. Offering the optional floorplan with her double cabin configuration and galley down it gives her an expanded main salon and places the emphasis on entertainment and cruising comfort. She has undergone numerous updates and is held to a strict maintenance schedule performed by a leading south Florida maintenace company. Recently completing an extended round trip voyage from Florida to New Orleans she made the trip completely without issue. A new electronics package was installed prior to the trip in May 2009 and offers her new owner(s)a truly "Ready to Go" dependable long range cruising vessel.
Accommodations
Vessel Walkthrough The main entrance to the cabin area is from the aft deck located to the port side. There are full four steps down to the main salon area. The floor plan of this two stateroom model gives a larger salon area and has the galley down. The lower helm station is situated to the starboard side forward with a door adjacent to the helm for immediate deck access. Going forward along the midline are three steps leading down to the galley on the port side the refrigerators freezer and laundry facilities to the starboard. The steps leading to the galley swing up and give access to the main engine room. Forward of this is the entrance to the forward guest statement with an in suite head along the port side and separate shower to the starboard side. This head also acts as the day head when entertaining. Traveling aft through the main salon the Master Stateroom is all the way aft and is a full beam stateroom with a large in suite head and tub/shower. Just outside the Master Stateroom and to port is the onboard office. Accommodations A two-stateroom yacht that sleeps 4 owners and guests. She is equipped for long distance cruising holding plate refrigeration and generous storage. The accommodations are spacious and well laid out with the large raised salon and steering station. There are three Marine-Air air conditioning units that provide excellent climate control to her cabins a main salon. She has full walk-a-round decks and a large fully equipped fly bridge. She has a bridge clearance of 26' 5" with the mast up and 15' 5" with the mast down. This boat has been very well cared for and is cruise ready condition at this time. Master Stateroom The spacious master stateroom is aft down 4 steps 2 of which are hinged for storage. The center queen berth has (4) drawers below. There is a double brass directional reading lamp over the center of the berth. Port side of the berth is a 3-drawer nightstand. The port side built-in leading from the nightstand to the head has 2x2 drawers with bookshelves above and three drawers over a louvered storage compartment. On the starboard side of the queen berth is another nightstand with four drawers below and a small compartment above. Right of the nightstand is a vanity with storage below the lift up mirror and another brass reading lamp above. Next to the vanity is a low storage locker with bookshelf above that continues to a triple dresser with nine drawers. On the starboard side of the stairs leading down to the cabin is a large ventilated locker with hanging space and shelf storage. There is a TV/DVD in the master stateroom. The two opening ports on each side of the cabin a rear entrance and hatch and opening port in the head give a bright spacious feel to this owner's cabin. The master head is spacious with a full shower / tub; porcelain sink; spacious vanity; linen closet; Galley Maid head. The vanity top is off white mica trimmed with teak and has excellent storage above and below. Over the vanity is a mirror an opening port and there is another teak screened hatch. VIP Stateroom Located all the way forward this stateroom features a large v-berth on the centerline with book shelves above. There are (6) drawers and a locker below the v-berth and a deep storage well under the mattress. To starboard is a tall chest of (6) drawers. To port is a wide deep hanging locker with counter above for the brass table lamp. There is a full length mirror for dressing with a book/plant shelf above. The opening ports on both sides of the cabin a hatch above wall-mounted directional brass reading lamps above each side of the berth and (2) recessed ceiling lights provide excellent light for the cabin. A teak ladder stores behind the cabin door to assist exit through the hatch. Main Salon The spacious salon an open with its open and airy floor plan is the ideal layout for endless entertainment and accommodates numerous guests in comfort. There are large opening windows along the length of the salon to both port and starboard. On starboard there is a large L-shaped settee with 3 long lockers below a 42" table with fold-down leafs for dining and 2 teak armed chairs for guests that provide seating for 6. The settee along the starboard side aft is covered in a navy blue and dark khaki striped fabric. The solid fabrics on the guest chairs and the full teak mini blinds around the salon all navy blue area rugs that all coordinate well with beautiful teak parquet flooring and hard rub teak bulkheads. Forward of the settee is a dry-bar with glass and bottle storage and a U-line icemaker. There is a shallow cabinet below the aft window two wall-mounted brass lamps above the settee and a teak handrail that runs the length of the salon ceiling. There is Hi Hat lighting throughout. A 37"Toshiba HD LCD TV with a built in DVD player and is located on the port side forward suspended from a flat screen mount attached professionally to the overhead for easy viewing of the settee and guest chairs. The lower helm station is to the starboard side forward with a bench style color coordinated navy blue leatherette fabric. Full instrumentation wheel steering and complete controls including Morse shifters Vetus Thruster remote control and Naiad Stabilizer controls and a repeater screen for the Garmin 4212 system. Galley
The galley is down and is accessed down three steps from the main salon. The galley is to the port side and is U shaped. With generous counter space finished in a bright white formica there is plenty of cabinet space below the counter top and four full cabinets above the counter top. Along the port side bulkhead is a large window directly above the sink area which provides plenty of natural lighting and is covered by coordinating teak mini blinds. This galley is equipped with a Sharp Carousel convection/Microwave Oven; double basin stainless steel sinks and a three (3) burner flat surface cook top. Over to the starboard side from the main galley area is a pair of Grunert Refrigerator boxes and a Grunert Freezer Box on the forward bulkhead. In this same area on the aft bulkhead is the Splendide washer/dryer combination unit and a Sanyo secondary refrigerator perfect for those extended cruises. Both of these areas have a teak parquet sole.
Electronics
Fitted with both an upper and lower helm stations numerous electronic updates were performed prior to the sellers recent round trip voyage to New Orleans. These updates bring her to current status giving the new owners the confidence and safety features typical of experienced mariners. Engine Room
With a full 6 feet of headroom and the full beam of the hull the engine room has plenty of room for performing routine maintenance and mechanical inspections. Access to the engine space is accomplished by the "swing up" steps in the galley area. An inspection porthole was installed to allow for quick visual safety inspections of the space when passing or prior to entering. The Caterpillar engines have been impeccably maintained by both their professional yacht service provider and their knowledgeable owners. During May of 2009 numerous long term maintenance items were completed such as the removal of the coolers and heat exchangers to have them completely serviced. Her steel tanks were polished in 2007. The drip-less shaft logs were serviced during January 2009. The area is well lighted by her newly installed lighting system. The engine room contains a work bench and offers plenty of space to accomplish all routine servicing. Neat and organized this engine space is the focus point for most of the yachts mechanical systems including but not limited to the reverse cycle air conditioning Naiad Stabilization system gray water management and electric service items such as her Northern Lights 12kW generator which is housed in a recess at the rear of the engine room along the midline. This generator currently has 3174 hours of usage. Deck
The Super-structure isfinished withwhite Awlgrip and the mast is powder coated in white. The teak decks are ingood condition. All rails have been painted and are covered with sunbrella custom covers name board is urethaned and transom has been painted with white awlgrip to decrease routine enxterior maintenance issues. The 8'3" Saturn inflatable dinghy is stored up on its sidewith stainless steel brackets holding it in place.The tender is powered by a 8 HP Johnson outboard motor. A beautiful extended depth fiberglass swim platform was fitted to the vessel in early 2009 and is finished in whiteawlgrip with a swim ladder positioned to the starboard side of the platform. Fresh/Salt water wash-down forward and adjacent to the Galley Maid windlass. Power Connections - front rear port side forward deck box. Fresh water wash-down aft. There are a pair of dunnage boxes on the aft deck along the rail and also serve as seating. There is good width along the side passageways giving easy access forward and aft. An underwater lighting system was installed in early 2009 and completes this majestic long range trawler.

The vessel has just returned from an extended round trip cruise to New Orleans. The trip was reported as completely trouble free and her routine maintenance schedule was maintained under the direction of her professional marine management company throughtout the voyage. Aft deck
The aft deck is welllaid out and is covered by teak. There are a pair of dunnage boxes along the aft section of the deck with one to port and the other to starboard. Rails are present both port and starboard as well as aft with a gateway that leads down to the newly installed fiberglass swim platform. Additionally there a a pair of formed white chaise lounges on the aft deck.
Flybridge
This area is large enough to accommodate all of your passengers while underway. The helm is to the starboard side forward and there is plenty of bench seating. There is a pedestal typehelm chair to insure that the Captain has full and unincumbered control of the yacht. Facing aft behind the Captain's chair is a bench style seat for two adults. To the port side forward there is bench style seating facing both forward and aft withseating for four (4) adults. Just aft of these seats are foam formed white chaise lounges and two circular foam formed white seats for basking in the sun if so desired. A large extended Navy Blue bimini stretches from the very front of the flybridge aft offering plenty of shade from the sun and other elements.The mast is set to the centerlineaft on this deck and is constructed of white powder coated aluminum. The mast is used primarily as a functional davit. She has a bridge clearance of 26' 5" with the mast up and 15' 5" with the mast down.
