Accommodations
FULLY AIR CONDITIONED Vessel has 4 staterooms 3 heads 2 showers. HUGE Owner's stateroom aft with private head and separate walk in shower. Two Guest staterooms forward each with private head and sharing a separate shower between the heads. Additional crew stateroom amidships aft of the Nav Station - Currently being used as workshop and access to engine room. MASTER STATEROOM: The master is full beam and occupies the aft section of the vessel - It can be entered from the interior of the vessel through a companionway aft of the Galley or from a separate hatch and ladder from the aft deck. The berths are to Port & Strbd of the cabin - each is a double berth and serves as an excellent sea berth. There is storage below each berth with pull out drawers plus cabinet storage between the berths. The storeroom contains additional hanging locker storage and a separate vanity with seat forward of the Strbd berth. This can also be used as a private office aboard the vessel. The Stateroom is fully lit and ventilated by overhead hatches and "NEW" SS Atkins & Hoyle opening ports. The Master's head is unusually large and contains a Vacu Flush head vanity with sink and a long granite counter top and storage below. There are also additional lockers above the vanity. A huge walk in shower with grating and additional storage lockers completes the en-suite head. PORT and STRBD - GUEST STATEROOMS: The guest stateroom to Port and Strbd contain a high and low single berth to either side of the stateroom with storage drawers and lockers below the berths. There are additional hanging lockers as well. The staterooms are spacious with a center open passageway between the berths leading forward to a private head for each stateroom. The state rooms are well lit and ventilated by overhead hatches and "NEW" SS Atkins & Hoyle opening ports. A single separate shower stall serves the forward staterooms and is entered from either guest head. CREW CABIN The Crew cabin is amidships immediately aft of the Nav station on the Strbd side of the vessel. It contains two single berths. The cabin is currently being used as a work room and machinery space. The present owners have left one berth outboard with storage cabinets under. The inboard berth contains the 8 KW Onan Generator in a sound shield and a work bench. Below this work area is an entrance to the engine room. At the aft end of this cabin is the original Captain's head which is currently being used as a wet locker and storage area.NEW Stainless Steel Atkins & Hoyle opening ports 3x Vacuflush heads 12v & 120v AC reading lights and outlet
Walk through
Main Saloon is entered form the Main companionway at the forward end of cockpit. Saloon is bright and spacious with large windows to Port & Strbd. L-shaped galley is immediately to Port side of the companionway stairs and is convenient to the cockpit or Saloon. The sit down Nav Station is to Strbd of the Companionway stairs with the Captain/Crew cabin aft of the Nav Station. The Nav Station contains a chart table built in instruments Bookshelves along the hull and a full electrical panel. The Saloon is quite large with a U-shaped dinette to Port immediately forward of the Galley counter. There is a beautiful polished wood dining table with inlay teak and storage in the table base as well as beneath the seating area. The dinette seats 6-8 people.. Across from the Dinette on Strbd side is a separate lounge area with L-shaped seating for 4-6 and polished wood cocktail table. There is additional storage below the seat. Forward in the Saloon is a floor to ceiling etched glass mirror with entrances to the Port and Strbd staterooms. The Galley has an L-shaped granite counter that separates the Galley from the Saloon and extends aft along the Port side of the hull. Through the Galley is the entrance to the Master's cabin. There is a a stand up sail/anchor locker in the forepeak that contains a watertight bulkhead separating the locker form he living space. This locker is entered from a forward deck hatch and has a ladder for access.
Galley
While in New Zealand on their around the world voyage the present owners had the Galley completely renovated. Everything from the counters down was removed. A NEW freezer and separate refrigerator were custom built and installed. The refrigerator and freezer were both built with double walled stainless steel and thoroughly insulated. The holding plates for the refrigerator and freezer are formed by the double wall construction and maintain a uniform temperature throughout both compartments. There are no obstructions withing either unit to reduce storage space. The system is chilled by an engine driven compressor or 120v shore power inverter or generator. There are large storage compartments above and below the counter area and separate storage compartments inboard with Plexiglas doors. The counter top was also replaced with a high quality granite that is durable as well as beautiful A special honeycomb backing was used for reduce weight. There is a 3 burner Force 10 range with broiler/ovenwith a removable teak work surface to conceal the range. Am exceptionally deep double SS sink with hot/cold pressurized water completes the Galley appliances. There are also foot pumps for fresh and salt water. A unique feature in the galley is the locker directly outboard of the double sink that functions as a wet dish rack that drains overboard. Wash the dishes put them in the dish rack. The Galley is well lit and ventilated with NEW opening ports. Dining
There are various dining options on this vessel. The large dining table in the Main Saloon seats 6-8 people - The cocktail table in the Main Saloon seats 4-6 and functions as nice breakfast bar - and there is also additional outdoor dining space in the cockpit with the fold out table.

The deck space on this vessel is a live-a-board's or cruiser's dream. Her huge cockpit will accommodate the entire family plus guests and has a complete Isinglass enclosure for inclement weather.
