Main Salon
Sliding glass and wood doors lead to the main salon.Entering the Main Salon you are immediately impressed by the rich African striped mahogany wood that flows throughout the yacht. There is a quiet elegant ambiance here that lets all feel comfortable at a cocktail party or relaxing watching a football game. There is a large bar to starboard with 2 custom leather bar chairs a refrigerator ice machine etc. To port there is a stairway leading down to the aft guest quarters. A 4-persons love seat allows for great socializing and cross-conversation. To starboard is a large L- shaped sofa which seats 8 and a large coffee table. Expansive counter space so you and your guests can enjoy buffet meals.
Owner's Office
Down the port passageway is the door to the outstanding starboardside "On Deck" (Owner's Office) with desk telephone computer hook upstwo chairs cabinets and a built in sofa. Sometimes part of the vacation is having the time and place to privately write read and catch up with strategic planning says the owner.
Galley
Next forward down the passageway is the GALLEY. This area was renewed in 2003 and again in 2008 with new cook-tops and refrigerator freezer flooring and counter-tops. It has a great warm soft wood feeling and has all the space and equipment to easily prepare formal dinners for 10 people. It has it's own water tight (enter and exit to outside deck) door for crew and also to load supplies directly into the galley. Galley has mainly new appliances. Dining Salon
Forward on the main deck is the very large elegant mahogany wood paneled DINING SALON with full formal dining for up to 10 guests. The area is surrounded by widows for great vista views of your favorite harbor and cabinets with built-in racks for dinnerware etc. The vessel comes complete with one set full set of dishes.
VIP Guest Stateroom
Just to port in the dining area a stairway leads below decks forward to a full beam VIP GUEST STATEROOM featuring twin beds large locker areas and bathroom with shower. The floor in the bathroom is holly teak and the countertop is tile.
Master Stateroom
TheMASTER STATEROOMis next aft and is very elegantly yet simply decorated with high quality fabrics. She will easily modify to your personal taste. There is a queen size bed small sofa/reading area toilet with bidet double sink bathroom and Jacuzzi tub/shower. A large wardrobe on the starboard side with a safe. This area is very quiet and restful and is ideal for children to be nearby in the next stateroom.
Three Guest Staterooms Aft
Below aft from the salon are three additional Guest Staterooms. On the starboard side is a good size TWIN BERTH STATEROOM with a double sink bathroom shower. On the port side is a small QUEEN BERTH STATEROOM with a sink shower and toilet. Further aft is the second FULL BEAM VIP GUEST STATEROOM with twin beds that can be joined to create a large king-size bed two large closets and a walk-in closet area. The large bathroom has a shower double sinks and toilet.
Crews Quarters
Forward from the dining room below decks is the Crews Quarters consisting of a forward 4-berth crew cabin with large bathroom with shower and head a starboard twin bunk cabin with shower and head. There is a laundry with new washer and dryer on the port side.
Upper Boat Deck
On the Main Deck midships near the galley is a stairway leading up to the enclosed Pilothousewith helm and officeNight Watch Room etc. upper boat deck enclosed Pilothouse with helm. The Pilothouse is complete with two helm seats and a navigation station equipped as mentioned below.WheelhouseNext forward is a stairway leading up to the wheelhouse which features upgraded electronics and all controls necessary for sale reliable worldwide navigation. There is an observation settee giving great views forward outside the windshield.Just behind the helm is the Captain's Office/Night Watch room with files copy machine etc. and a pilot berth for night watch (not being used at this time).Boat DeckOutside on the Boat Deck is an outside dining area that seats eight plus two small love seats seating two each. This seating area is covered by a canvas Bimini top behind which are the davit and tender. Up three steps from the settee is the fly-bridge and Helm Station with bench seating that can seat up to six. Forward of the wheelhouse on the boat deck is the Captain's walk followed by a large three person sun pad built above the dining salon roof.BowOn the Bow is a double anchor windlass. There are two anchors in chain pockets housing an extra hatch for the crew quarters . Also two 2006 wave runners are stored in racks here.
Aft Deck and Transom
Starting aft is a large swim platform great for swimming diving or boarding the tender. Apassarelle allows passenger stern boarding. Steps up on port and starboard lead to the aft deck with large dinette table for "al fresco" dining that converts to seat 8 or make 2 coffee tables. Two opposing cushioned small L-shaped settees each with a coffee tableallow this area to make a great outdoor social area for up to 14 people.Aft on the swim platform is a door leading to the lazarette which also serves as a crew workroom and contains backup steering dive equipment extra refrigerator etc.Bauer dive compressor10 Scuba tanks
