Seller note:

****DRAMATIC PRICE REDUCTION*** Sandee Lynn is one of only 7 of these factory built custom series yachts. With an 18?7? beam, true separate crew area, aft engine room (accessed from cockpit to keep personnel out of yacht interior), and an enormous amount of living space, these yachts are ideal for extended cruising, entertaining, living aboard and even chartering. Sandee Lynn has been continually maintained, upgraded, and customized throughout her life. Among her many unique features is her distinctive and extremely practical flybridge hardtop and custom seating area, which allows for an open air, yet protected area for year round enjoyment, with a custom stairwell in the salon for easy access to the flybridge. There is also a custom on-deck powder room. There are only 400 hours since major overhauls on both engines, upgraded electronics and entertainment systems, and much more. All with the famous quality and pedigree of a Hatteras. This is A LOT OF BOAT; don?t miss her!
