General Remarks
This is a project boat!Below is a list of some of the boat's "needs" "haves" and "have nots": 1 - needs freon for the Technautics DC frig holding plate2 - there is a new windlass but it has not been wired3 - bilge pumps are functional4 - there is NO generator aboard but there is a high output alternator5 - there is NO air conditioning 6 - needs new house batteries; has new engine battery & new aux battery (GPS Electroscan autopilot etc.)7 - mainsail may be repairable @ canvas shop; if not will need new mainsail8 - needs a bottom job 9 - needs varnish10 - needs LOTS of TLC Owner has moved and has no time to finish this project. The boat is being offered in "as is where is" condition. Your personal inspection and serious offer is encouraged if this sailing yacht is of interest to you!
Remarks
This is a project boat! She needs lots of TLC and batteries a new mainsail a bottom job and varnish!! NO air conditioning - NO generator but it does have a high output alternator!
