Remarks
To see this Burger is to realize how superior to other yachts she is.An ideal arrangement plan.Goodpower /hull match up. Beautiful design with pleasant soft ride and easy handling characteristics.Well equipped.Priced to sell. Replacement in recent years would have been well over U.S. $7 million. THE KING AND I's stateroom layout is unique from all other Burgers. A second bath in the master stateroom doubles as a powder roomfor the port guest stateroom depending on which doors are locked. This is important for entertainingas the main deck and flybridge can both handle a lot of people and this bathroom can be accessed without going through a stateroom. THE KING AND I was built by a very knowledgeableformer Burger owner and has been owned by two knowledgeable yachtsmen since so manyother cleverfeatures can be found. PRICEREDUCEDFOURHUNDREDTHOUSANDDOLLARS.Owner desires a fast sale before summer to persue a real estate oppurtunity. Trades now unlikely but all offers will be consifdered
