The salon was tastefully redecorated in 2005 and is in excellent condition. Of course the entertainment center includes all of the amenities including a wine cabinet. Three sets of sun screens for all windows plus a full sun shade for the aft deck are included. All entrances have custom built Phantom screens.There are three staterooms below. The amidships master stateroom has a centerline queen bed and ensuite head. The forward VIP stateroom ha a centerline queen berth and the guest stateroom has two lower single berths. The master stateroom caries a subtle oriental theme with Shoji screens over the port holes and a large mirror over the bed. Both heads recently upgraded to VacuFlush Magnum Opus.In 2005 the main salon was tastefully redecorated with custom made furniture custom disappearing shades to accentuate the designer drapes and tinted windows with UV protection and all was upgraded in 2005. A custom built entertainment center holds a DVD and VCR players along with a Sony 5-speaker surround sound stereo system all the audio equipment plus a new (2008) HDCD player that is enclosed in the top cabinet. An enclosed 28-bottle wine storage drawer in the bottom cabinet were also new in 2008. There is a large Senwood buffet with Corian counter top which provides ample storage for all dishes glassware and other dining and decorating items. In January of 2008 a new 36" Sharp HD TV was installed on the bulkhead over the buffet. The Senwood walls and Senwood parquet floor are light in color and give the salon a very bright and airy feeling. For evenings you can set the mood with the Halo lighting controls throughout the yacht.(2) Stressless type recliners new 2011.New carpet was installed throughout the vessel in 2008.The galley is U-shaped and boasts stunning Corian counter tops with a bull nose edge. All of the appliances were installed new in 2005. There is an overhead dish locker in addition to several other lockers and drawers providing plenty of storage space for cookware and provisions. The galley looks to the dinette which has custom designed blue Ultrasuede matching the Stidd helm chair nearby allowing the Captain to enjoy the entertainment as well as the cook. All settees dinette and linens new in 2005.The pilothouse and flybridge electronics arestate-of-the-art all upgraded in 2005. The flybridge has two custom Stidd helm chairs and a customized bridge which includes custom additional seating and built-in refrigerator which was added in 2004. There is also a 12' Zodiac RIB dinghy with a 4-stroke 25 hp Yamaha outboard and MarQuipt Low Profile davit.On the flybridge the electronics have a clear cover and a full canvas cove. There are canvas covers for the helm seats and flybridgeitself.The aft deck features rear controls new aftdeck speakers and hot / cold fresh water rinse-off shower plus hose connection. There is also a half size AC/DCV operation refrigerator/freezer.There is a stand-up lazarette with plenty of storage space and newly installed Village Marine water maker. This is also where the water tanks with sight gauges are located as well as The GlendenningCablemaster and Nutone central vacuum system bin. A second 50-amp power cord was added in 2005 to allow for full electronics usage. The Owner has also added a second Fortress anchor with 50' chain and 200' rode MarQuipt boarding ladder and swim ladder.The engine room has full standing 6'3"headroom with plenty of room to spare on all sides of the engines. Two fully plumbed water pumps ensure a back-up is always available. The generator was custom mounted on rubber and is so silent you cannot tell it is on in the pilothouse. There is also factory installed soundproofing making for a very quiet boat.

Master Stateroom
The full beam master suite is unusual in a pilothouse design this size. It features an Island Queen berth with custom made mattress. The bedspreads and pillow covers were custom made in 2005 to accent the Shoji screens on the port holes and the Oriental art. Additionally there are two night stands with lamps 22" flat panel HDTV installed VCR AM/FM/CD stereo system office console installed in old TV cabinet with pull-out file cabinet and desk wall mirror and custom carpeting. The ensuite head features a Sealand VacuFlush head and a mirrored ceiling which gives the head a very open and airy feeling and displays the beautiful Corian counter tops and a sink.Below in the companionway near the master stateroom is the laundry area with full size Maytag washer and dryer.
VIP Stateroom
The VIP stateroom features a queen size berth with custom made HMC mattress. A custom bedspread has been designed along with pillow covers extra accent pillows and matching port hole drapes all new in 2005. Additionally there are two night stands with lamps and a AM/FM/CD stereo system.
Guest Stateroom
The guest stateroom features two lower twin berths with designer bedspreads pillow covers and extra custom pillows all to match the port hole drapes. The guest stateroom also features a AM/FM/CD stereo stysem and a night stand with table lamp.
Electrical System
The electrical system was completely redone documented and labeled in 2006 to accommodate the owners' desire to spend hours on the hook without running the generator and also cruising with the generator running a huge savings in fuel and wear. Two inverters were installed in 2011 with a Pure Sine Wave dedicated o navigation instruments. There is also a new spare inverter. A second shore power line was installed in 2005. Spare pump with parts added.
