Lola B is a 72' Hatteras Motor Yacht that has the feel of a much larger yacht. This vessel is designed with full walk around sides as you make your way to the bow from the very large aft deck area. The salon has a very open feel with large windows, and the country kitchen is one of a kind. Featured with 4 staterooms and three heads, and a day head on the main level, and crew's quarters aft of the engine room complete with a separate head. Powered by Twin Caterpillar 1550hp (C-32) and Twin 27.5 KW Generators. One owner yacht with a very experienced captain and crew that have maintained this vessel to the highest levels.Lola B has a very spacious aft teak deck that leads you through an electric stainless door into the salon. The salon has high gloss Cherry wood & offers a very large couch & armchair to the starboard and a fabulous sunken bar to the port. Access to the engine room and the crew quarters is aft of the sunken bar. Just forward of the salon is a spacious dining area with a custom round cherry wood table that seats 6 for dinner. The day head is located just off the dining room. Lola B navigation area is located on the bridge which allows for a country kitchen just forward of the dining area. The very spacious galley offers great seating which is accompanied by an island style kitchen setup. This is a complete working kitchen equipped with all the appliances for a culinary artist. Sub Zero refrigeration and granite countertops complete this area.Lola B offers four staterooms below with a full beam master. The master offers a complete walk around king size bed, walk in cedar lined closet and a very large head to the port. Dual sinks and a large walk in shower. Night stands on each side of the king size bed along with two 16 drawer dressers on each side of the stateroom. There are 3 very large port hole windows on each side of the master to bring in a lot of natural light. Just forward of the master is the bunk bed room complete with a cedar lined closet and TV. Washer and dryer is located in the companion way. To the port is the main VIP with a walk around queen size bed. Very large cedar lined closet with storage under the bed, and private access to the head that shares with the bunk room. In the bow is the second VIP with a queen size bed and a private head. This bow stateroom offers good closet space as well and ample storage under the bed.Lola B has two ways to access the bridge; one from the Galley area and also from the aft deck. As you make your way to the extremely large and very spacious bridge you will find that the helm is all the way forward. This vessel is equipped with four VEI screens at the helm that run all the electronics, bow and stern hydraulic thruster controls, and zero speed stabilizers. The bridge offers a great bar area with refrigerator, ice maker, and 3 stools to entertain guests. To the port and starboard side of the bridge are very large seating areas with a granite table to the starboard. The aft deck offers a 1500lb hydraulic davit with room for a 13 ft. hard bottom inflatable and a jet ski. To the starboard is a double electric grill.Lola B has always been very well maintained and all services are up to date.
